Potpisu ugovora su prisustvovali načelnik Općine Centar Srđan Mandić, dopredsjedavajući općinskog vijeća Benjamin Isović, direktorica FK Sarajevo Sabrina Buljubašić i predsjednik FK Sarajevo Damir Kasum.

First time in history FK Sarajevo will have operational control of the Stadium
FK Sarajevo and Municipality Centar today have officially signed the contract of a long-term lease of Olympic stadium Asim Ferhatovic Hase for the next 30 years with the possibility of extension on 15 more.
To the ceremony of signing the contract attended Mayor Srdjan Mandic, vice-chairman of the Municipal council Benjamin Isovic, CEO of FK Sarajevo Sabrina Buljubasic, and chairman of the board of directors Damir Kasum.
Sabrina Buljubasic: “I have to say that I am very proud and happy to sit today here with these people. We have completed a big task - we have finally succeeded to return Kosevo to Sarajevo. Well aware of the obligation, size, and importance of the project, I have to say that we are fully committed to Kosevo. As it is arranged by the contract, we will improve the stadium so that we do not have to play Europa league matches in another city. Besides that, our goal is to make Kosevo available for other sports and cultural organizations. When it comes to the contract details, as we have promised, we will completely present them to the fans and public in the upcoming days. Also, I will take the opportunity to thank all colleagues, partners, and friends involved in this process, and especially Major Mandic who has fulfilled his pre-election promise. It is up to us to continue being the best ambassadors of our city and the country in the world and to continue writing history. Taking into consideration a short time period until the summer, our goal is to play Europa league matches at Kosevo from next year”.
Srdjan Mandic: “Behind us are 3,4 long months of negotiations. A lot of technical details and other things were taken into consideration to protect the public interest, but also Club and fan interests, who desperately wanted for this contract to happen. The duration of the agreement is 30 plus 15 years. Municipality Center remains the partner of the project, and previously mentioned pre-work on the stadium will be financed from the Municipality budget. What I can say now is that Stadium is in very bad condition”.
